Haile Plantation

Haile Plantation is an award winning New Urbanism community of 2,600 homes less than 9 miles from UF Health Shands Hospital and the University of Florida. Haile Village, its quaint downtown area, boasts a mixture of residences, restaurants, shops, and other businesses. The village hosts a weekly Farmers Market every Saturday morning rain or shine. Miles of walking and biking trails criss cross throughout the community, connecting the dozens of Haile Plantation neighborhoods. This SW Gainesville community is zoned for Chiles and Wiles Elementary Schools, Kanapaha Middle School, and Buchholz High School.

Oakmont

Northwood

Located in NW Gainesville, Northwood is a sprawling neighborhood built between 1962 and 1973. There is no HOA. Just down the road from the Capri neighborhood, Northwood largely consists of mid century modern homes.
