Haile Plantation – The award-winning New Urbanism community of Haile Plantation in Southwest Gainesville features miles of walking and biking trails, an equestrian center, and a quaint downtown village that hosts a weekly Farmers Market every Saturday. The neighborhood is zoned for Chiles and Wiles Elementary Schools, Kanapaha Middle School, and Buchholz High School.
Oakmont – Gainesville’s newest planned community in Southwest Gainesville features a clubhouse, gym, beach entry pool, playground, and tennis and basketball courts.
