Welcome to LongLeaf Village! Located in SW Gainesville, LongLeaf is a pool community featuring energy efficient homes built by Robinshore and Tommy Williams Homes. There is a mandatory HOA.

LongLeaf often ends up on the list of Gainesville’s best selling neighborhoods. It is a popular neighborhood because the homes are newer and the neighborhood is located 7 miles from UF Health Shands Hospital and the University of Florida. This is often mentioned by buyers as a big reason they buy in this neighborhood.

Community amenities

Residents enjoy country club style amenities such as a beach entry pool, a clubhouse you can rent out for events, a fitness center, playground, and tennis and basketball courts.

LongLeaf is within easy driving distance of Haile Plantation and all that it has to offer, including the Saturday morning farmer’s market every week in Haile Village.

Kanapaha Botanical Gardens is right down the road and hosts various events throughout the year including a spring garden festival and fall plant sale. Touring the nearby Historic Haile Homestead and its plantation house built in 1856 by enslaved laborers gives a glimpse at antebellum life in Gainesville on this former Sea Island cotton plantation.


This SW Gainesville neighborhood is zoned for Wiles Elementary School, Kanapaha Middle School, and Gainesville High School.  School attendance areas are subject to change.
