Gainesville’s Turnberry Lake neighborhood is a pool neighborhood in NW Gainesville Florida developed by G. W. Robinson. Now known as GW Homes, this long time local builder also developed other Gainesville neighborhoods including Garison Way, Cobblefield, and Cambridge Forest, as well as the new construction neighborhoods of Amariah Park and Laureate Village. This community is located 13 miles from UF Health Shands Hospital and the University of Florida. There is a mandatory HOA.
Like all G. W. Robinson neighborhoods, Turnberry Lake offers its residents energy efficient homes with high end finishes. Homes in this neighborhood were built between 2005 and 2021 and range in size from 2022 to 4858 heated and cooled square feet.
