Gainesville Florida’s Garison Way neighborhood is a pool community established in 2006 by noted local builder G. W. Robinson. Garison Way is expected to be fully built out in 2014.

Garison Way features energy efficient homes ranging in size from 1500 to 4000 square feet and built on lots of less than half an acre.

Garison Way is zoned for Wiles Elementary School, Kanapaha Middle School, and Buchholz High School.

Residents of Garison Way enjoy their own community pool and clubhouse. In addition, Garison Way residents receive a key which gives them private access to Kanapaha Park which is located right next door.
