Now known as GW Homes, this long time local builder also developed other Gainesville neighborhoods including Garison Way, Cobblefield, and Cambridge Forest, as well as the new construction neighborhoods of Amariah Park and Laureate Village. This community is located 13 miles from UF Health Shands Hospital and the University of Florida. There is a mandatory HOA.
