Alachua County Farmers Market

The Alachua County Farmers Market in Gainesville FL happens every Saturday from 8:30 AM until 1 PM or until everything is gone.
One popular farmers market in Gainesville is the Alachua County Farmers Market.
Gainesville Florida hosts a profusion of farmers markets in the area. The Alachua County Farmers Market is the only Growers Only Market in North Central Florida.
What is a Growers Only Market? A Growers Only Market means that everything sold at the farmers market is grown within 50 miles of the market, and the people who grow the fruits, vegetables, dairy products and more are the ones who are selling it at the farmers market.
What kind of things are sold at the Alachua County Farmers Market? The day I was there, I found flowers, landscape plants, fruits and vegetables, honey, and even cheeses made by local cows! (As a side note, the cows weren’t there, but their human friends were).
The Alachua County Farmers Market happens every Saturday from 8:30 AM until 1 PM.
Address: 5920 NW 13th Street in Gainesville Florida 32653, at the intersection of SR 121 and US 441.
