The 59th Annual Gainesville Spring Parade of Homes runs over two weekends in April:
- April 22-23, 2017 – 12 PM to 6 PM
- April 29-30, 2017 – 12 PM to 6 PM
Sponsored by the Builders Association of North Central Florida, the Parade of Homes gives local builders the chance to showcase their newest homes in various neighborhoods throughout the region. The event is free and gives community members the opportunity to tour brand new homes featuring the latest floor plans, finishes, and energy efficient techniques offered by noted builders in the area.
The Lugano neighborhood is new to the tour this year. Located off of Archer Road and 91st Street adjacent to Haile Plantation in Southwest Gainesville, Lugano is Emmer Development Corporation’s newest community in Gainesville. Emmer Group’s plans for this resort-style community on 145 acres include a village center, walking trails, a clubhouse with pool and fitness center, and a dog park. Homes are priced from the mid $200’s on up.
