I live in the Charleston section of Fletcher Mills. The gate between my two houses I live at 11681 Northwest 17th Place is broken. Is this part of the homeowners association to fix?

    • Hi Kathy,

Unfortunately I am not familiar with your neighborhood’s HOA rules. You should be able to find contact information for your HOA on your dues bill. What your HOA covers should also be outlined in the neighborhood restrictions – they are part of the packet of documents you should have received when you bought your house.

      Hope that helps.

      Have a great weekend!
