Welcome to LongLeaf Village! Located in SW Gainesville, LongLeaf is a pool community featuring energy efficient homes built by Robinshore and Tommy Williams Homes. There is a mandatory HOA.

LongLeaf often ends up on the list of Gainesville’s best selling neighborhoods. It is a popular neighborhood because the homes are newer and the neighborhood is located 7 miles from UF Health Shands Hospital and the University of Florida. This is often mentioned by buyers as a big reason they buy in this neighborhood.

Community amenities

Touring the nearby Historic Haile Homestead and its plantation house built in 1856 by enslaved laborers gives a glimpse at antebellum life in Gainesville on this former Sea Island cotton plantation.
